Dr Kumar, who obtained his PhD from University College London (UCL), is an internationally acclaimed medical education professional with over 25 years of experience. His expertise includes research on clinical teaching, curriculum design, assessment methods, critical thinking, faculty development, coaching, mentoring, communication skills and learning technologies such as gaming and metaverse. His commitment towards reforms and innovation in medical education has brought a new approach to clinical teaching and learning. Dr Kumar has over thirty original research papers and book chapters to his credit in medical education and strategic marketing; he continues to strive for excellence with his creative, innovative and inquisitive charms. He is a certified facilitator on SL-II (Ken-Blanchard) and Insights Discovery.

Prof. Puri's career trajectory highlights a rare blend of practical industry experience and academic excellence, making him a distinguished figure in sales and marketing. His affiliation with the Asian Institute of Management in Manila, Philippines, is a testament to his dedication to education and knowledge dissemination.

With over 100 publications in esteemed journals such as Harvard Business Review, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, as well as collaborations for case study publication with renowned publishing platforms like Ivey Publishing, IMD Lausanne, and WDI Publishing (University of Michigan), Prof. Puri has demonstrated his scholarly prowess and contribution to advancing the understanding of sales and marketing dynamics. Prof Puri's research interests, spanning Marketing Strategy, Sales Management, and Customer Relationship Management, reflect his dedication to exploring critical aspects of business operations and strategy.

 Dr. Paritosh Mishra is a celebrated Paediatrician and Neonatologist. He holds a degree from the esteemed Armed Forces Medical College in Pune, India. With a rich career spanning over 25 years, he has offered his profound expertise to a number of leading institutions, such as the Bhabha Atomic Research Center Hospital, KEM Hospital, and Reliance Hospital, all based in Mumbai, India.  

Beyond his clinical prowess, Dr. Mishra has a deep-seated passion for clinical education. With his wealth of knowledge and invaluable experiences, he tirelessly works to inspire and shape the next generation of medical professionals. He channels his profound expertise and compassionate approach to care at the Child Care Centre, an institution close to his heart.
